It's very difficult to communicate with management. Everyone in management is hard to reach, so you'll often end up dealing with problems on your own. Don't expect to hear from them unless they want you to do something or reprimand you. There also seems to be preferential treatment exercised by most managers. Some employees are given too much workload, while others are given fewer and easier tasks.
