Today I spoke with Charlotte she is an amazing representative here I have called several times with questions about my loan she actually took the time to not only verify my information was received correctly but walk me through the process. I have worked with a lot of people in my time and have never met someone as special as her she actually matched my energy and works well she needs a raise and promotion. Amazing job!!!!!

I would just like to say that Rosa was a very big help with this hole process. She went above and beyond to make shore that I felt Comfortable with the application process. There needs to be more customer service representatives like here.
