Placed an order and have been charged for the product. Have sent several emails about delivery. just keep getting nothing responses from "giddyup". Seriously think this company is a scam. Do not order via their "get Hootie" website.

I ordered 3 of these. One started going off randomly after a few months. The return policy is a short window. I've asked for a reconsideration and a refund or replacement. We'll see what happens.

I ordered a product on 10 December 2021 (order GU20978-HT). It was not delivered and I received no updates regarding delivery timeframes. I emailed on 29 January 2022 and 2 February 2022 to follow up and received no reply. Do your own research, but based on my experience, I would not trust this company to deliver what you pay for or to respond when you follow up.
