I renewed my card August 3, 2024 still haven’t received anything except the stupid paper. That means crap Have I tried to get a hold of people. Absolutely did I call the doctor absolutely, did I get any answers? No, did anybody call me? No did anybody email me? No, all of this is a bunch of bullying. This company sucks. I will never use them again. I’ve actually even went to my bank and I’m disputing my transaction because they did not fulfill, my medical documents whatsoever this company is a rip off sucks bullsht people they’re just taking your money for nothing. You could go to another company right from the front door and it’s cheaper. This experience with this company for the last eight years have been great and now they suck they will never get my business again and I’m done with this company. I hope people never use this company again one love my butt

Garbage service. Money is charged in FULL before appointment us even scheduled. Folks, this is not a buisness standard. They are not "checking to see your funds are available." Its a credit card. At most you get that $1 charge that happenes and gets reversed. Which actually happened...then FULL charge. So they lied. Two seperate numbers that dont say heally or indicaMD which was the site I signed up on Had good reviews but now I am suspecting that thise were bots. Worst thing is that I cannot stop a "pending transaction." Something is really off anout all of this. AVOID

This company is just absolutely awful. They will harass you for information that you’ve already submitted, which begs to question where did the originals go? I’m currently having to file charges with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. They allowed my license to expire despite filing two weeks before the expiration date. I tried to get a hold of them all day today and got nothing until I informed them I’m filing fraud charges against my bank with them. I then get a phone call saying it’s the doctors fault I have to wait at least 24 hours for information back from him. You cannot call these people, and the chat feature is a joke. Do not do this to yourself! I now have no way to get my medical marijuana since I was having to have it delivered. I’m just hoping I get my $300 back.

Waited for two hours for the scheduled call from Dr. Chen. Used the chat feature to reach out several times, which resulted in a bot advising me that the doctor had been delayed by a previous appointment. Asked for a call from a human, which resulted in being told that my feedback would be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor. When I asked for a name I was told Sarae would call me. No one ever called.

The doctor will call and take your money fast as fast. However you'll never get through to get it registered, and actually get a medical card.

I made an appointment for 11:00 am, and at 9:12 am I received the first call from Dave asking for information I had already completed. I told "Dave" I was in a meeting but that didn't seem to matter. after confirming the information was listed twice one application was completed the other was not!! Dave said he would void the incomplete application! at 9:22 am I received another call from Dave stating he had everything but my driver's license photo. I again explained that I was in a meeting! and my appointment is at 11:00! Dave said he needed the photo!!! I canceled my meeting because this was a private matter, and I did not need my coworkers in my personal business. After sending the DL photo Dave called again only to say the credit card information was shown and everything was OK!!! This time I requested an appointment ASAP it is now 9:23 am. He gave me an appointment for 10:00 am. I want to be removed from your listing I will not deal with a company with such unprofessional workers. I do not understand why Dave could not call me at 10:45 for this information that was listed already.

Totally unreliable, tried for 2 days to conference call without success, I think they get high at work. Go elsewhere for medical marijuana prescription

Sorry but my experience has been negative, after completing the registration process and provide payment, I waited, and waited online for a doctor, and waited, and waited, notified someone would be with me in 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3, 2, 1, then it would reset and state, they have stepped away and will be you shortly, and would go though this process over and over, while I was on with support team, who wasn’t able to resolve this blatant lack of care for a new customer...
