DHL, Post, Amazon, GLS, and many other companies can successfully deliver to my address on the first attempt. However, DPD consistently fails to do so. I understand that a driver may be stressed due to their workload and make mistakes, but DPD's recent attempts to deliver are downright misleading. In the last three instances, they have falsely claimed to be unable to deliver for reasons such as: 1. "No doorbell found, with this name," even though no notice was left in the letterbox to show the driver actually made an effort to deliver. 2. "The address is incorrect" indicates (probably) that DPD's internal GPS misguides the drivers. If you search my address on Google, you’ll find a large condominium with 72 flats. etc. These excuses are simply unacceptable. When I call DPD to speak with a manager or request a callback to discuss my concerns about their (most probably) faulty GPS, they fail to follow up. DPD is not interested in customer satisfaction; its focus is solely on maximizing profits, even at the expense of its clients and drivers. A WARNING to webshops: be very careful! Your clients’ satisfaction hinges on the delivery service you choose. Poor service from DPD can harm your reputation, so do not risk it by entrusting them with your deliveries.

Using them for over a month, and must say that support is very good. And prices are so small, big respect for that. One of the best out there :)
