GetDivorcePapersReviews of getdivorcepapers.com

Absolutely wish I could give a million negative stars!!! COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!! They do not stay within the limits they say they are charging you, or the timelines. At all! Then they finallllllly send you some complete BS papers that come in a crinkled up and very dirty envelope. Then they are nothing even remotely resembling something the court accepts. Then they need a rejection letter so take more time off work to go back to the courthouse and get this. Then they don’t reply to your rejection letter for so far several weeks. They do not answer any of their phone call options or return any calls. They will take hundreds from you and then completely ignore you. Not even the chat option is available to you at this point. Despite their 100% guaranteed court approval or your money back guarantee!!!! CROOKS!!!

These prople are liars. They will take your $200 and will literally hang the phone on you when you have questiona. They're so rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money.

The homepage is complete false advertising. It's not affordable, the papers aren't instantly ready. It took me over 2 weeks to get my papers ready for download, just for their to be a mistake.

This site has terrible customer service. There money back guarantee is a joke. This is one of the worse sites ever. Rude customer service.

This company is stealing money. Their website would not allow me to finish the process of completing the divorce paperwork. I called for support and the only person, that ever answers the phone said that he would call back by the end of the day. 5 days later, I received an email saying that it would be a $45 charge to get a refund and if I agree, I would receive the refund in 10 business days. I have not heard from the company and when I called to ask for an update on my refund, I was told by the same guy that I would not be loosing any money on me and that he wouldn’t deal with any bank paperwork for at least 5 to 6 months. He was very rude and talked over me the whole time. Very predatory behavior!

Let's start off with the fact that I emailed them first to make sure they could assist me after that they reported back saying they could help me fill out all these necessary information So I paid them and then called them to get help as instructed. They refused they said it was too sensitive and they could not talk to me about it over the phone I said I cannot fill it out online and stare at a screen and try to figure things out for that long. Of time they said it was an online business. This is how it worked I said I have a disability I am unable to do that and I already asked for assistance. The person on the other end just said request a refund and hung up that was 3 months ago I am still fighting for a refund and they are refusing to refund me saying that the papers were not denied but they are also refusing me service due to a disability! Tip for consumers: They claim that because the papers weren't denied and courts they will not refund me but yet they refuse to provide me with any type of service to verify if it is or isn't being accepted by the court

** Updated.. They did finally refund the money that was overcharged on my account but when I filed the paperwork with the clerk of court, 2 of the forms were rejected because they were not the right forms to submit for my divorce. I ended up going online to the State Of Florida's website and downloaded the correct forms to resubmit. My best advice to everyone is just go to your states family law website and do it all yourself. It will save you time and money. I was double charged for the shipping fee of $39.99 and was charged a total of $238.99. I have only been able to reach someone through the live chat and was told multiple times this will be refunded but still has not. I have left multiple voicemails because it never connects you to a live agent and have never received a return call. Now today I cant even login to the site. Google keeps saying the site is not secure. I'm truly scared I have been a victim of fraud with this company and praying that when I file with the clerk of court I don't have issues with the paperwork.

I used this website for annulment papers. They sent me divorce. It clearly says annulment on my receipt and they still wont give me a refund, saying that I ordered divorce papers. I have been trying since end of May to get a refund. Now they are saying since the forms were completed i dont qualify. I DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR! Horrible customer service. BE CAREFUL.
