I’m not impressed with this company. After I completed the “interview” I received a message that they were going to have someone look over my answers and the process could take up to 30 days. I never received any communication from them after that and when I tried contacting them, I never could get through. Finally, after two months, I managed to reach someone who said that they would send me the document via email. However, when I told him that I paid the extra $40 to also get the document sent via mail, he said he would send it by the end of the week, but I could NOT also get the pdf emailed to me for some unknown reason. It took him an extra week to get it sent and I just received it today. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone ever.

On their site it said they do paperwork for annulments. My circumstances are a little different so I asked customer service (after paying for the service and starting the questionnaire which didn’t apply to me) if they could help in my circumstances and they said “no” and I should request a refund. I have emailed them numerous times with no response and no credit (I would accept partial credit). Terrible communication! Scam! Go elsewhere!

This process was not helpful. The courts charged a separate fee on top of the fee I paid to this agency to prepare paperwork. I had additional paperwork to do at the courthouse when I went to file the papers. It was a waste of time and money as I was charged both by this agency and the court.

They have all kinds of hidden charges on top of the $199. I have paid almost $150 for printed documents on legal paper plus shipping and never got them. You have to pay a month fee of $49.99 to continue to have access to your documents.

Its a fake website. Total scam. They just charging you money for every step. No customer care no help. Not able to deliver my case documents and now not refunding my money. TOTAL FRAUD

SCAM SCAM SCAM......I have an active investigation into this company.. 1.They charge your card without asking 2. After you submit your docs they ask if you want expedited service, if you don't they ignore you. They then wait for your time limit to expire then demand another 45$ 3. If you email them about this they ignore you 4. if yo try to message them on their website about this they will ignore you then end the chat. 5 If you call them they wont answer 6. IF you leave a message for management or billing they wont answer and will ignore your message you left 7. If you call as a new customer they answer right away same guy 8 If you ask him for the manager extension he will give you a fake one and it will disconnect you right away. 9. GO TO YOUR BANK IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES and tell them the scam then report it as I have to Report fraud ftc gov I just found this info.. WHY is their IP in London? STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! This people are Scammers. They charge mi credit card and the onli document I got was their no refund policy. After paying and filing all my info, a pop up adviced me that it wold take 10 days for my documents to be ready, and asked for an exorbitant amount for expedited service, which I decided. Well... the 10 days came and went an no documents were received, however, the very next day after providing them my credit card information, my card started getting used for a bunch of fraudulen charges. Reviewing my cc statement I also noticed an aditional unauthorized charge for an aditional "service" that I never authorized. They also tried to charge me this month to renew my membership??? Shameless.

SCAM !!! Horrible customer service they answer phones for potentially new clients but existing clients ! The paperwork they finally sent was missing documents. Never sent hard copies. Hung up on me three times Total dog and pony show !
