Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience with them. They did not drop the dumpster when we requested and they did not pick it up in a timely manner either. We had called to ask them to extend it one day and they refused to do so. I was on the call with the agent and my sister at the same time. Since they refused to extend the time we did change our schedule to accommodate them. When I received the bill they charged me for an extra day. I asked them to remove it since they refused to extend our date and they refused. Since they had my cc on file they charged it. I really don't care about $19 since the whole thing cost us over $1000.00, but it is the principle not the cost. I will have to claim it as fraud.

I'm a hauler I removed a fridge for dimension and still haven't been paid and it's been I've a week Been getting the runaround, saying this person isn't in today and only this person can do this operation... I won't be hauling for these guys, don't trust them

Terrible experience from start to finish.

I was overcharged for the service because 20 boxes were not picked up. I expect a credit for that to be used on my second pick up. The person that was sent out, kept asking for additional money. I am older and can no longer do that kind of thing as I have given and given over the years. please do not send people who are going to do that. Not professional - not an appropriate.

Terrible company! The communication is poor. They never answer the phone and they are not compensating providers. They don’t own their own trucks or have any staff. They hire just anyone to come to your house or business. Nothing professional about this company

I contacted this company for queen sized mattress removal and was quoted a price of $131. After I paid for this service I was contacted by the company who then demanded an additional $34 to perform the service they already made a contract for and was paid in full. I paid this illegal up-charge since I did not have the time to find another contractor. On the day of the service the company made an appointment for 10AM in which they expect you to be available 30 minutes prior. When the providers were over 30 minutes late (1 hour of waiting) we contacted Dimension who stated they were only 30-40 minutes away. After that time passed and we contacted them again we were informed they would be there shortly. After waiting over 3 hours we demanded to speak with a representative, to cancel the contract, and refund all money. The representative refused to call us until another 40 minutes when the provider finally showed up. The provider made excuses as to why they were late and never attempted to apologize. Dimension Waste Management also failed to provide any information about who the waste management company that would be picking up the mattress was, no photos of whom was being sent to our home, and the provider who showed up failed to have any logos or business information on their vehicle and no identification that they were being sent by Dimension Waste Management.

I used Dimension's website to request a quotation. I provided all necessary details including photos of the items to be removed. They quickly provided a quotation and I made payment by credit card. 24-hours later I was contacted and told they wouldn't honor their quotation and stated I needed to pay a cost 84% higher than their quoted price. Their explanation for the higher price did not make sense: "the actual volume exceeded the estimate" - They used the three photos they based their original price on to nearly double my costs. Those were the same photos they used for the original quote. Since I had already positioned the materials for disposal and had an appointment scheduled for the pickup I begrudgingly paid the higher price. The time of the appointment came and went without the hauler showing up. After contacting them 7 hours after the appointment time they reached out to the hauler who showed up within 2-hours of me contacting them. Their practice for not honoring their quotation was unethical and felt like a bait-and-switch technique.

I wrote a review stating this company is a waste of time and money. I had previously written numerous emails to the company about my experience with little more than an offer to refund me $37.40. Only after I posted my review do they respond seemingly with concern over this terrible experience and also with a promise to review it for a proper compensation. It’s been 4 days and still no response. I restate this again. They don’t care and WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
