Appreciate the willingness to make things right
Dimension corrected the situation below and helped make it right, which was more than reasonable. I've used Dimension over 10 times for pickups, and never had an issue, but on this particular day -- the provider showed up without help, couldn't load the items and required significant assistance for loading. The quote provided also ended up being under what was charged, which has never happened before. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure future business means I would happily use them again in the future.

I could not be happier with my experience
I could not be happier with my Dimension Waste Removal service. I had a last minute pickup needed and was alerted within minutes of a match ready to pick up my items. Service was excellent. Great communication and our service provider was on time, polite and professional. Thank you so much and I will definitely refer you to all my friends and family.

Ben from Dimension responded to my request quickly. The person who picked up our expired hand sanitizer was very nice and polite, and removed the materials very fast. Everything was great.

Dumpster
We could not get a dumpster at a property up in the hills of Los Angeles, however Dimension got the job done for less than what we were trying to pay waste management.
