I had an old upright piano that wasn't repairable, so I just wanted to dispose of it. I found Dimension on the web after a quick search and the process to schedule a pickup for the next day couldn't have been easier. After the pickup was scheduled, I received multiple text messages from Dimension keeping me updated all through the process. And these weren't automated texts, they came from an individual that I could reply to. The gentleman that came to pick up the piano called me when he was on his way and arrived 30 minutes early! He was friendly, professional, and had the piano gone quickly. I am very glad I found Dimension and will use them again in the future.

Other companies either didn't respond to my enquiry or responded 2 days after Dimension. The quick response was amazing, and the price was also amazing. Once the decision was made to use Dimension, I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to come that day to pick up the waste.
