Dimension Waste ManagementReviews of getdimension.com

Driver showed up with no call. Wouldn't take pallets due to stack, even though picutres were sent multiple times. Also, driver showed up again and wouldn't deliver without POL, which was given to us by Dimension. Dimension should have given the POL to their driver.

I have been waiting for 2 months now for them to pick up my waste. Payment was made on 8/27 and it is now October. I have 2 different emails saying my stuff was picked up and it hasn't been. I have asked for a refund and will find another company.

No one came to pick up my mattress despite multiple calls and attempts on my end to schedule and reschedule the pickup.

The pickup never happened. I called twice, once to book and the second time to confirm. They match you with someone local. I texted the number of the local person to confirm and never heard back. My landlord ended up taking the waste in his truck and driving it to a dump and taking the money from my deposit. I emailed support asking for a refund and never heard back. I also tried the online chat. I honestly think the whole site is probably a scam. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank.

SCAM! NOBODY CAME AND NOBODY WILL ANWSER THE PHONE! Update: They did message me 2 hours after service was suppose to be done, asking if the warrior had arrive. I told them no and requested a refund. They said they were sorry and would give me one. I will see if I receive it.

We had a waste oil drum pumped out by this company only to find out they subcontract all of their work to others in your local area. Not a problem but then we found out from the company they subcontract to that they get payed $190.00 We paid Dimension $750.00. What a gig they have going! Never Again will we use this company!

Please don’t sign up to work for this company or give this company any business they are scammers. I still haven’t received payments from any of my jobs
