Blair met with me on a zoom call to answer my questions and offer some guidance on where to focus my energies. Very helpful knowing that they are backing up their product with their own time and energy. Much appreciated.

All of the DEALBOT leads are coming in with all the pertinent property info you need ( mtge info, monthly pmt, asking price etc) saves you so much time chasing down the info yourself or paying a VA

Very handy tool to help sort through leads. Takes the place of a lead screener, to a certain degree.

We have worked with Blair from the beginning of our REI career and this program is the best REI tool we have found yet

I started using the Dealbot Negotiator a few days ago, and I've found that it quickly speeds up the acquisition process by automating the screening activity to better ensure I'm talking to sellers who are truly interested in working with me....and giving me back a good portion of my time! Love it!

The Negotiator that Blair and his team have put out is AWESOME!! Based upon the situation, the branch tree logic steers the potential clients into various sales funnels. The end result is the client leads you receive are more educated on what to expect but are more realistic in their pricing as well. I’m having a hard time keeping up with the number of good leads!! Love it!! Wayne M.

Great new product, the tech team had my negotiator setup quickly and integrated in to my marketing. Have received a pre-negotiated deal every day since implementing a few days ago.

Blair is the real deal. He is honest and trustworthy. His programs work if you know how to follow instructions and follow the advice given.
