I just recently started with this and I couldn't be happier. Everything about these programs are great and the people you connect with are even better. I never leave reviews because I always think they are fake but if you wonder the same check Blair Halver out he's one of the good ones.

The Dealbot Service and training has been very good. The approach to RE investing taught by the Blair Halver team is one of, if not the best out there in my opinion. I have taken others and investigated many. There is a lot of information provided and for the most part is very systematic. However, in order to begin doing the business as they teach it does take a lot commitment (financially, time wise, etc.). Technology is the foundation of what they teach about doing business. Those who aren't really tech savvy may feel a little overwhelmed by it as it moves quickly and requires your own investigation and understanding of technology platforms. Good technology also isn't cheap, so if you do it the Blair Halver way it's important to expect that beyond the cost of the training, there will be other somewhat significant upfront and ongoing cost associated with running your business. This is not unusual as doing business the right away costs money. Just a couple of recommendations for the BH/Dealbot team: 1. Perhaps be a little clearer up front regarding the associated costs for doing business the way they teach and recommend. 2. Some of the training videos are a little outdated related to the training and presentation of the the supporting technology resources. At times this made it a little difficult to easily follow along with the quick way they presented the material. I totally understand that technology platforms change and it's difficult to keep up with every little change. Perhaps a more frequent review of the technology used, what's changed, and updating the associated training videos/material would be useful. As you can see I still gave five stars as the Blair Halver / Dealbot approach is so valuable! No hesitation recommending this service and training to those who are serious about RE investing. However, this is not for tire kickers or those who want to dabble and explore. In my opinion, this training is for those who are fully committed and serious about the business. Thanks to the Blair Halver / Dealbot team for sharing such valuable information!
