2ish years ago my job search was horrible, mostly using linkedin, indeed or other job-boards and mass applying. Peter introduced me to Clera and I must say, it's been a completely different journey. Instead of hundreds of jobs, Clera shared around 7 roles (you can ask for adjustments) and then intro'ed me to two of them. For people like me who are specifically looking for startups definitely perfect fit.
