The UI made it easy to submit applications and the company was very good at following up on opportunities as they opened and closed, emphasizing transparency. I was able to secure two interviews through them with little input from myself.

Clera is a great job search and hiring platform. They have a great matching engine and automated job application system that speeds up the application process. The platform does a great job at helping candidates optimize their job profile to match with positions that fits best with the experience and background of a candidate. I have had a top class experience since I started using Clera for job application.

Clera offers a number of quite good matches, each containing thoughtful questions which should cut screening time considerably. Then your progress is tracked, sometimes with feedback. It's not instantaneous, but you never feel like you're shouting in the void.
