Ordered 2 England shirts on the 4th of June..still not received my purchase. Just disgusting service. Company supposed to be based in UK. Advertises products as in stock which is totally mis leading. Fraudulent company buying cheap crap from China...do not waste your money...avoid at all costs...reporting to trading standards.

I ordered 2 t-shirts on the 10th of June 2026 & still not received them, today is the 29th of June. I’ve emailed the company & they gave me a tracking & from the 18th of June as been stuck at an airport in China & doesn’t seem to have moved since.they are not interested once they have your money.

Do not make a mistake by buying from this site. The items are fake and delivery took too long and it missed the Arsenal parade that I had ordered for. When I asked for a full refund I was declined and offered £3 rising to an eventually offer of £7 which is disgusting. Product that came are fake and quality is bad. Never gonna buy from them and would advise everyone to stay away from them.

Funny how 1 day you say my order is out for shipping then it's out of stock I want a full refund or I'm naming and shaming

.I made the mistake of ordering a 12th of July tshirt from this site upon ordering i noticed they had a promotion on stating that if tou buy 4 tahirts tou get 100%of the 4rh tshirt .the tshirts were £14.99 EACH which the total was £59 odd pounds but because they were giving 100% of the 4th tshirt which ment im basically getting 1 tshirt free so when you take the money off for the free t shirt it should have come to £44 odd pounds .when I checked my bank they took £53 pounds out.i have been trying to get my money back but to know avail they said I got a discount which I did but I didnt get full discount that they advertised. I have recieved poor customer service from them at one point they told me they were sorry I didnt understand .when I sent pics of their advertisements about their discount buy 4 get 4th 100% off they never acknowledged this in emails x

This was probably the worst online experience I have ever had from a customer service division When the goods didn't ship 4 days after I was informed they had I sent a cancellation and requested a full refund. This was ignored and the good shipped I then emailed to state as they had missed the date it was required by please have the courier return it that was ignored. It was finally delivered and I am now waiting for a return arrangement and a full refund including the delivery charge as it should not have left. I have already written to Facebook advising they should stop advertising this company with immediate effect and if I don't get an answer about my refund will hit the credit card company to get their account suspended. Avoid this company has no idea about customer service.
