No communication regarding delivery no updates on item and how long for delivery No progress message

No problem with the item but the delivery was absolutely terrible

Top came in record timing. However it was very small fitting.

Ordered male polo and female t shirt Beautiful! Only problem was the delivery 🙄 Ordered way before world Cup and only just arrived (29/07/26) Fabrics not cotton as I thought but still beautiful If I would've known that these was coming from Hong Kong I wouldnt have purchased them 😐 not for any other reason except delivery times, so be prepared to wait 8-9 weeks for delivery Quality in the fabrics a bit naff, not sure how they will wash but unprepared to try this till ive at least worn it for the euros in case of mishap, but for now in wardrobe in a suit bag

The neck was slightly baggy and there was a smell on the material

It never said on the post where the items were coming from and if I knew it was Hong Kong I would not have placed the order as it never arrived until a week after the Football World Cup was over. The tracking was in Chinese and it was very hard to track, initially they asked for payment to tell me where my package was. I had no idea who the delivery was going to be with and the lack of communication was terrible and never received any updates on my delivery time. I though I had lost both my money and goods up until they were delivered yesterday.
