Enttäuschend und unverschämt
Zuerst denkt man bei der Seite erstmal an Groß Britannien und denkt, es wäre kein Fake. Leider eines besseren belehrt worden. T Shirts waren nur prints sogar strasssteine oder glitzer. Rund 15 Euro bezahlt, aber eher so 5-7 Euro wert. Das beste noch, ich wollte sie schnell und bestelle einmal im Leben express Versand. Hab leider erst hinterher gesehen, dass es aus China kommt. Es kam 3 Wochen später an. Express versand war 12,99€. Einfach nur unverschämt.ich rate komplett ab.

Why do they let all these rubbish…
Why do they let all these rubbish company's advertis on face book and post false reviews and rob people of there hard earned money.shud be banned.

I ordered a 3 birds t shirt
I ordered a 3 birds t shirt. It looked really good quality. It took forever to arrive and was such poor quality,i contacted them to get a return address which was impossible. I have been totally ignored and now i have had to put it in the bin as it's not wearable. Don't waste your money like i did !

A ordered a product last month 18th of…
A ordered a product last month 18th of September not heard anything sent loads of emails and a got told tracking would follow still no tracking information sent another email and still no reply or nothing

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
If I cud give a minus score I would. Quality is very poor and I have contacted the company and was offered £3. As the garment is faulty I am entitled to a full refund but was then offered £5. Avoid this company!!! As a pensioner I cant afford to be out of pocket as they refuse to give me a full refund

Disgusting customer service
Placed an order on 9 August 2026, when the 2 t-shirts eventually arrived they were too small. I contacted them for a refund and was offered £4, which i refused, then £7, which i also refused as these items were £14.99 each!! They have since ignored my emails, no refund received ......

⭐ 1 von 5 Sternen Titel: Absolut enttäuschend – unverschämte Rückgabebedingungen! Ich kann von einer Bestellung bei Getbritwaer nur abraten! Die bestellten Artikel haben meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, weshalb ich sie zurückgeben wollte. Die Antwort des Kundenservices war allerdings eine absolute Frechheit. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken müsse. Die Rücksendekosten würden sich auf etwa 40–50 US-Dollar belaufen! Als angeblich kulante Lösung bei einer Bestellung im wert von 75€ wurde mir eine Erstattung von gerade einmal 8 £ angeboten, wenn ich die Ware behalte oder entsorge. Ob dieser Betrag pro Artikel oder für die gesamte Bestellung gelten soll, wurde nicht einmal klargestellt. Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, Kunden vor die Wahl zu stellen, entweder horrende Rücksendekosten zu bezahlen oder sich mit einer derart geringen Erstattung zufriedenzugeben. Ein kundenfreundlicher Umgang mit Reklamationen sieht für mich definitiv anders aus. Mein Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder! Ich bin sowohl von den Artikeln als auch vom Umgang mit meiner Rückgabe maßlos enttäuscht.
