Astra Security is Fantastic. There support chat is excellent. I first came across Astra a couple of weeks ago when searching the internet reading articles looking for the best and reasonable priced security for my website. Their support chat popped up saying they were available if I needed any help. AlI I can say is thank goodness they popped up because they saved my life. I Signed up there and then. They starting protecting my website and I felt so relieved. I receive emails daily about attempted threats or logins. I have used other security services is the past but this is far the best because I don't have to do anything except sit back and know that my site is secure. There support chat is very friendly, helpful and have gone beyond and above to help me. They are top of my list for recommending.

Thank you so much Dylan for your incredible fast and efficient help.

Astra's Technical Support is the best I have experienced in my life! Dylan was the incredibly talented Technical Guru we worked with at Astra. The Astra WAF installation was extremely smooth and fast. The Astra login console is very well designed and easy to use. I give Astra a Perfect 10! Needless to say I will be recommending Astra quite often. John

To extend our membership of the Dutch 'Thuiswinkel Waarborg' organization we received a scanreport with possible risks of our OpenCart website. After comparing different solutions, I deciced to try Astra. Within hours their protection was implemented and our site passed the rescan without any problems! I want to compliment the Astra team for their quick response and great service.

I had been hit by the japanese text hack which injected 1000s of bogus URLs on my site. Went to the market leader, sucuri to help and they did their stuff (whatever that was) only to tell me I had no malware. In the mean time google console was flagging huge numbers of bogus internal links per page -10,000 plus. After pulling my hair out for weeks, I stumbled on astra who took one look, charged a very reasonable fee, and got rid of the hack straightaway. Can't recommend them enough. I will be moving to astra when my worthless sucuri contract is up. Many thanks

I had been using an Opencart website without any major issues until recently, when the site was subjected to persistent SQL injection attacks, despite having, what I thought was a reasonably secure site. I subscribed to GETASTRA in the hope that their system would be able to prevent further attacks. The team at ATRA set the account up immediately and it became apparent that the SQL injection attacks were complex in nature. In order to mitigate the problem, it was necessary for ASTRA to implement security mechanisms especially for my store. This was done in just a few hours, and now the site is operating properly again. The good people at ASTRA kept me informed the whole way, and did not charge anything for repairing and protecting the website. I can recommend ASTRA totally. Don't wait until you have security issues with your website though, sign up and start taking advantage of their security services.

A great product that makes my life easy! I come here after using Astra firewall for 5-months now and have been absolutely satisfied for what I get in the Pro plan. Earlier I used sitelock but still somehow my website got hacked and then i decided to change security software of my website. That's when I came across astra and gave it a shot. Since then there been no hack incident on my website.
