Webprotect.aiReviews of getastra.com

Astra saved my wordpress site from the dreaded Japanese SEO hack a few months back. Have used them for my wordpress security ever since and and super happy with their effort to keep my site safe. The team is always super helpful, super quick to resolve any issues as well as friendly! I can trust them to always give a helping hand when I experience issues with my site

Excellent product and the fastest service I ever experienced... These guys really know their tools! I can only recommend ASTRA to protect your website from hackers!

I would like to thank the Team Astra for the support they have provided in recovering our website. The support they have offered is even beyond their scope of work also. Hats off Team Astra.

They are an amazing bunch of people who know what they are doing.. I would recommend them for the security of your website especially like e-commerce.

Amazing product and probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

We run a family business and our main source of income is our online shop (opencart) - last Monday at around 8pm, our site was hacked (and this sort of thing never happens to you..right?) All our product and category pages were affected. We know enough to get around editing the site etc.. but when this happened, we felt helpless. Running your own business is stressful, but that evening was madness. We searched around google and the opencart forums and getastra popped up. When we landed on their site, the live chat was online and we chatted to a real human being, Joy (not a bot) - He was great, friendly and helpful. Joy and Dylan made sure our site was secure in a few hours. We are very impressed with the service and level of professionalism Joy and Dylan showed. They go the extra mile. One less thing to worry about.. now we can sleep at night, no more nightmares :) They even followed up the next day asking if everything was running ok with the business -> legends. Once again thank you, Dylan, Joy and GetAstra. You are doing a great job. Take care, Jamie

Helped me when no-one else was able, in the middle of the night I was able to talk to a real person who worked directly with me to fix my issues ASAP. I wish more services were like this. Thanks again!

Before signing up with Astra, I used cloudbric for a week. My site went down for 24 hours and I was trying to contact support which was very very slow. Finally, it took them 2 days just to email me that all issues were caused by my hosting provider. I just unsubscribed and decided to try Astra. My experience with this team has been excellent: - Installation was quick and no issues occured. - The dashboard is easy to use. - Chat support is very friendly and always there to help me and answer any questions. - Everything is being taken care of extremely fast! - My website is well secured. Thank you Astra team for the excellent support and service!
