Best experience Dear Victor, Dylan, Joy & all Astra team Thanks for all the 24/7 support you have provided to find, fix malware & secure my e-commerce platform in a very short time. You are a very friendly very professional team. Please keep up the good work I highly recommend GetAstra firewall & security service for all online business. Walid

It's rare these days to find an online company so ready to communicate with their clients – and not just for sales. After a good deal of online research into a third party WAF (web application firewall) security partner for my wordpress websites Astra were the stand out winners. Real people with real knowledge immediately available on livechat – and I'm beginning to wonder if they go to bed! I needed to talk to them late in the afternoon (GMT) and again at 07.30am GMT today - still there and still helping. You just can't fool around with website security – especially with Wordpress, which is a wonderful tool but seemingly irresistible to the hacker community. Having Astra on my side helps me sleep at night – even if they don't. A great level of security, fair and competitive pricing and really well thought out user interface on their own site. I really recommend them.

ASTRA works wonders. My blog was injected with malware and clicks on the website were redirecting to some spam links. On getting ASTRA installed on the website, the problem was resolved surprisingly fast. The ASTRA tech team was super supportive and guided me throughout. Highly recommended cyber security services.

Massively impressed with Astra - Easy signup with friendly live chat support from Joy to make it easy, a good price and they were on the job cleaning up a malware infestation almost instantly, with informative feedback all the time from Dylan. Made me feel instantly secure and taken care of. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Thanks for the great service!

Excellent customer service, prompt problem solving, very reliable protection against cyber attacks. Oh and did I mention reasonable price?Definitely recommended!

The best service I have ever had, they answer within an hour almost all the time. I came because of a japanese seo hack that I had to my site, they took care of it in no time and made sure hackers never come back again. I added my other website to their security as well. Highly recommended.

Why is only 5 stars available ! Astra secured our site and we are more than satisfied with the work they done - great and prompt support. To go that extra mile is what Astra does - we bought an audit of our site and the helped us with the implementations, always ready and helpful. Thanks a lot to the Astra team for help when we needed it Christian Glass CEO Vetusonline.com
