Quick and easy application process. Very professional people with great customer service

Nicole was very helpful in explaining everything to me related to my policy!

Took quite a few steps, as is to be expected for purchasing policy. I did have to make contact with several people, I do recommend. Only issue was in communication with texts needed to be more clear, I almost missed some important information because I was not expecting a text from a different individual and they didn’t introduce themselves in the message. All in all, not to bad.

The process was faster than i expected. Customer service was great. They checked in to make sure everything was straight. But still currently waiting on my paperwork in the mail and its going on 3 weeks now.

Great customer service with attention to details regarding my plan. Communication is key and I was reminded as well as of upcoming emails to look out for as well as when someone would call me.
