Hi Rick, thank you for your review. I'm afraid that our advisors have helped in this situation as much as we could. The issue of switching to pay for your life insurance via a credit card is a universal issue. Our advisor Korinne was able to provide you with a direct line to our carrier for you to manage this issue but currently, none of the carriers we work with allow premiums to be paid by credit card, which is why you haven't been able to change your payment method. I kindly urge you to please change your review to reflect the service and product experience you've had with Amplify directly, not with the payment policy of your carrier (which we have no control over).
