I submitting a application knowing it takes some time, I asked for a phone call, next day at 4pm. Never got it, I got a text to confirm the application, so I did. Got emails saying to input my banking information, mind you, I ha ent got my questions answered yet, so I didn't input any bank information. I got approved for the policy, got those emails not not one person tried to call me or email me back with answers to my question(s). Finally I got a text and replied to her wanting a phone call for questions I had. She then text back saying I was rude, having a bad day and unwilling to cooperate. Sour and unprofessional is my review for the representative with represents the company. I'm not doing business with them!

They called every day for a week once deal was done and documentation signed. I left several msg for someone to call me and they didn't. That's why I cancel the policy.

Charged for my policy almost a month prior to due date causing bank account issues. No accountability was taken or reason given for the mistake while I stabilize my bank account.

Communication for Amplifylife is poor. I tried calling their customer service number severally. No agent is available handy. You leave messages and no response. Right after the holidays, the customer service number was not working. An Individual communicated with me via email and gave me a quote but afterward failed to respond to my emails. His phone number is no longer working. I'm not sure if this is a genuine business. I recommend that this business should have staff readily available to answer questions and meet customer needs.

I've been trying to get in touch with any agent for the past week. I left my name, number, and policy. No one gets back in touch. I tried the number on my paperwork and the number on the site. I just want to talk to an agent.

They placed the wrong birthday on my application and it has not been corrected no one has reached out

I applied, jumped through hoops, was basically harassed by the pesty agent. For them to waste a week of my time , policy wasn’t approved because my BMI never gave them permission to even check my medical records, and the BMI she stated it was, was absolutely wrong. I would not recommend at all! Scammers

Still not sure what is going on with my policy. When I initially spoke to the first representative, they did help with choosing the best coverage for our needs. The first representative excelled and was awesome. I did not qualify so we applied with my wife and she did qualify. We were under the impression that we would get the exact same coverage based on the prior conversations. But we’ve found out that the policies or combined coverages are not the same and now we have a different agent than we started with. It’s hard to contact them so they can explain what happened and usually , our schedules do not coincide and we have to reschedule and reschedule just to have a conversation. Need clarification of everything as soon as possible please and thank you.
