I have a thigh length heavy winter coat I love but the zipper broke. What a great job Adventure Us did on the repair! They called and clarified my options and were clear with the (very reasonable) price before proceeding with the repair. Super courteous and I couldn’t be more pleased. We also love their snow sleeves and masks!
