I was told I could return it if I got no signal. I sent a request to return to the only 2 emails they offer and they were both returned to me. Guess I got scammed too.

I can't believe anyone eould fall for this obvious scam. It just can't work, and the "invented by a NASA engineer" is a dead give away.

Total scam, do not purchase from Tryreware or any other company claiming to be a distributor. I order edone to try received and charged for 2 and they added a £51.89 warranty which I never ordered. Tried to cancel as the warrranty was added on at payment preventing me stopping it. They offer 3o days guarantee no quibble, this is a lie as I have tried to return and while they reply to say they are looking into it they are just delaying tatics to eke out the 30 day warranty. Paypal are in on it they are not bothered they just closed the case saying payment was correct. tryreware are only offering channels which most people get free anyway, they cannot get Apple, Sky, Netflix and Amazon. It is a total con beware.

Do not waste your money. I ordered one for three of them and none work. This is a scam it is not from United’s States so it would cost a lot to return it. It is a scam.

Totally scammed by this company, ordered one and they took payment for 3, tried to cancel and they say already shipped in less than 3 minutes, they then took a second payment of £113.77 twice and managed to set up a regular payment, which i was able to stop. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, sadly i did not look at the reviews first, my big mistake, please don't make the same mistake, expensive scammers
