Not very shipping friendly and customer service doesn’t really help. Shipping costs are expensive for expedited which is normal. But very advertisement for shipping delivery dates. I paid for the economy expedited delivery which was $15 and was shown a delivery estimate for Thursday and Friday. Item was shipped and says will be delivered on the following Monday. I reached out to customer service who then said it has to say “guarantee” in order for it to be delivered on the given day. DO NOT pay for expedited delivery. Waste of money and won’t come on day you need.

Very good selection of gear and apparel Competitive pricing as well One of my 3 "go to" sources for umpire gear and clothing; however, the only source I use for umpire pants.

I am giving a 4 star review on this as the customer service is great and professional wish you didn't have to pay for shipping but other than that it's fantastic
