Ordered a Bahlsen Christmas Stollen - Butter 400g on December 9 2019. Order still not received as of January 24 2020. Kept sending several emails and they kept saying how customs takes a long time - However never 7 weeks. Last email I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money- no response- very unprofessional. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. ..

The reason for this 1 star rating isn't the product sold here but the EXTREME slow processing of the order. In today's speedy delivery we are used to from Amazon (FREE 2-day shipping) I just find it unacceptable to have to wait 12-15 days until the order is even processed. Add to that the time for delivery and you surely have to wait THREE (3) weeks. Not acceptable and not appreciated that such slow processing is NOT communicated upon placing the order!
