So disappointed
So disappointed I have been wearing gerbing heated clothing for a few years and I was generally happy, but I had never had to deal with their “customer service.” I guess I had been buying gerbing products from other retailers. But recently I ordered straight from gerbing and their incompetent, nonexistent customer service has made me regret any purchases I have made and I have gone so far as to buy again from another brand. My order was split into 2 packages, which is annoying because this happened because my gloves were back ordered despite showing as in stock on the website.
