I had no choice but to leave at least 1 star just so I can actually leave a review. This app is a scam for my case, they took my money 3 times in just one month. First was $6.99 and the week $9.99 and the following week $39.99. The next day after I signed up, I emailed them for cancellation because that was the only option, they automatically told me to wait 5 days, I send another email just in case. For Both emails, there was no response. All that time went by, I wasn’t aware of the money they were taking out of my account. After I found out, I reached out to them once more, this time I was very upset so I was not so nice in the email. They finally response by saying they cancelled my subscription but they will give me a refund back. I kept sending them more Emails because I never used their app and I requested to cancel the next day after I subscribed. They didn’t reach back to me until 2 weeks later that it was my fault for not reading it through and that I also signed up for Premium during that time so they charged me more. Which made no sense, I never did that and if there was even a trial, why didn’t they wait till the next month for an upgrade and to withdraw my money. But instead they took 3 different charges within just one month. I never got my refund back. And I’ve never felt so stupid and careless. If you guys are considering subscribing to this, just use the free ones your phone offers. Make sure to read reviews before you make dumb decisions like me.

So I had purchased this. The minute I did I asked them to put a stop to the subscription. Due to horrible customer service I had not received anything. I have email over 5 times and no response. I had to cancel my credit card so they could no longer have access to my card. They are full scammer.

The App does not work like how I wanted it to hence I sent in a request to cancel the premium membership. I’ve requested to cancel my subscription a couple of weeks ago but have not received any confirmation, only automated responses indicating a 72-hour wait for a reply. Despite these messages, there has been no actual follow-up. The site mentions that I will be charged for a premium subscription if I don't cancel before my current plan ends. Since I have made repeated, timely attempts to cancel with no acknowledgment, I am requesting a refund for any charges incurred due to this unprocessed cancellation request.

Do not even deserve the 1 star!!!! My son had his iPhone stolen and I have an Android. I downloaded the App to assist me. Before I knew it $6.99 and $9.99 had been withdrawn on my card. Low and behold today (12th) they have withdrawn $39.99. Have had to clock my card, have written to GeoZilla on the day and again today. I will perhaps change my view if they refund, but I honestly do not hold much hope. What a scam!!!! Stay well clear!!!

Trying to find my 80 year father cell phone. The information was misleading. When downloaded the app, found could not use it. Requested a refund. The company refuses to refund. Sorry customer service.

THIS IS THE WORST!!! SO STRESSFUL AND DISSAPPOINTING AND iM READY TO PULL MY HAIR OUT! Like everyone else I am having the same issues. I have sent multiple emails asking for my premium account to be cancelled - but I haven’t heard a response back. Instead I have been charged the 6.99 intial charge which didnt even help so false advertisement. then have been charged the 39.99 after the fact I emailed requesting a cancellation. I tried to cancel thru apple however apple shows no transactions with geozilla. Now Im charged the second month $39.99, which they even advertise 39.99 for 3 months which is a total lie once again! so basically I have been charged money in the next cycle as a result and I want to cancel this subscription and get my money back. this is unacceptable as the longer we wait for a reply, more money is being taken out of my account. I want a refund please! Please please GEOZILLA RESOLVE THIS!!

Scammers - Here is how they scam you. They promote that they can locate your phone. You will enter your phone number, they will then show you a dialog that they have located your phone and direct you to sign up for week trial at $6.99. Once paid, you will not see the location of the phone. They do not provide an option to cancel your trial. You will email their support and you will be told a response will take 8 working days but they will never respond. In the meantime the trial will expire and they will keep charging you. in the case of mine, they charged $39.99 and $10 on the 7th day, and then $69,00 on the 8th day and $89 on the 9th day and i had to block my card. I contacted the management and all of them appear to be scammers and they will not reply to you.
