I lost my phone and needed to locate it. I went online searching for a service to help. I saw a sponsored ad that promises to find your phone in like record time. 5 seconds or so. I entered my info and it said they found the phone but to get the info you had to give your CC info. That's understandable. I entered the CC info and was sent to another page that wanted me to click on more purchases and it never gave me the info I needed. I canceled immediately and was told by CS that no further charges would accrue but that the initial charge would stand. They offer no refunds. Be very careful with them.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with the app! The app requires that the lost device you’re trying to track has GeoZilla pre-installed. Unfortunately, without this, tracking won’t be possible.
