As customer satisfaction is our priority, we have processed a refund for the last two charges and canceled the subscription. Please note, that app and/or account deletion doesn’t automatically remove your paid subscription. We truly value our customers and always strive to ensure a positive experience. We have processed a refund for the monthly charge and canceled the subscription. Depending on your banking company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after we issued it.

Lamentamos mucho saber que ha tenido problemas con la aplicación. Nuestros términos de renovación automática se muestran en la pantalla de oferta antes de la compra. Ten en cuenta que eliminar la aplicación y/o la cuenta no cancela automáticamente tu suscripción de pago. Realmente valoramos a nuestros clientes y siempre nos esforzamos por garantizar una experiencia positiva. Procesamos un reembolso por su último cargo y cancelamos la suscripción. Dependiendo de su compañía bancaria, el crédito puede demorar entre 5 y 10 días hábiles en aparecer en su cuenta después de que lo emitimos.

The per-day rate is shown only to highlight the benefits of certain plans compared to others. €0.50 is a test payment which is returned back to the card.
