How this app is allowed to operate is…
How this app is allowed to operate is beyond me. We clicked on the 3 day trial and placed our credit card details in. It asked for more information of course so we put in the mobile number we wanted to locate , our email address and decided not to go any further as we realised that the phone we were searching for was probably back at our home. We went to shut it down and bingo! The app has found its way onto the mobile we used, we were charged for the 3 day trial and received an email stating we are now the proud users of a monthly subscription fee of $39usd.!!!! We never got to create log ins so we have no way of unsubscribing. We contact them via their website but automated responses directing us to unsubscribe via the subscription which we never set up. This has to be a SCAM! Now I have to cancel my credit card , report the site and reissue all my direct charge companies my new credit card details. Disgraceful

Our auto-renewal terms are shown on the offer screen before purchasing. Please note, that app deletion doesn’t automatically remove your paid subscription. Unfortunately, we could not locate your account. Contact us at [email protected] so we can refund you for unexpected charges.

Probeabo ohne Ausgang.
Ich hatte ein Probeabo und komme da nicht raus. Die ziehen einfach Geld über meine Kreditkarte ab und auf Beschwerden bekomme ich keine Antwort.

Die Machenschaften dieser Firma spotten jeder Vorstellung. Bitte einfach keine App dieser Firma herunterladen. Sie werden sonst nach Strich und Faden ausgenommen. Es fehlt der Hinweis auf die Kosten der App. Das 3-tägige Abo sofort kündigen. Mein Fehler kostet mich USD 61.96-. Wenn eine Handy verloren geht, nutzt keine App etwas. Eine Handyortung muss vor der Suche gemeinsam beschlossen werden. Nachdem ich Geozilla meinen Ärger mitgeteilt habe sind sie mir entgegengekommen und haben die Rückzahlung in die Wege geleitet. Danke.

Ohne diese Installation ist eine Ortung leider nicht möglich. Der Tagespreis dient lediglich dazu, die Vorteile bestimmter Abonnements im Vergleich zu anderen zu verdeutlichen. Unsere Kunden sind uns sehr wichtig, und wir sind stets bestrebt, für ein positives Erlebnis zu sorgen. Wir haben die Rückerstattung der Kosten veranlasst und das Abonnement gekündigt. He pagado una suscripción de 3 días…
He pagado una suscripción de 3 días 2,99€ y no ha servido para nada, no recibí la ubicación del número de teléfono que solicitaba. He cancelado ya la suscripción pero quiero que me reembolsen el dinero pagado ya que no han cumplido con su promoción.

Lamentamos mucho saber que ha tenido problemas con la aplicación. Tenga en cuenta que no rastreamos las ubicaciones de otras personas sin su consentimiento. Nuestra aplicación le mostrará la ubicación solo de aquellos usuarios a quienes haya invitado a unirse a usted en la aplicación. Deberían instalar la aplicación e iniciar sesión. Valoramos enormemente a nuestros clientes y siempre nos esforzamos por garantizar una experiencia positiva. Hemos procesado el reembolso del cargo y cancelado la suscripción. Dependiendo de su entidad bancaria, el abono puede tardar entre 5 y 10 días hábiles en reflejarse en su cuenta una vez emitido.

Absolutely scam
Absolutely scam. I wanted to locate my missing sister. They claim on their website they can track any phone number even showing an animation that they've located it. But then force you to pay, only to tell me that it requires the other person to have the app and permissions. Even for trial, they charge money.

Unfortunately, our app cannot assist in locating a missing person unless the application was pre-installed and fully set up on their device. Tracking is only possible if the app is already active on the phone and strictly requires the consent of the tracked person. This information is presented on our website. If you have concerns about a missing person’s safety, we strongly urge you to contact local authorities so they can assist you. We have processed a refund for the charge and canceled the subscription. Depending on your banking company, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account after we issued it.

C'est une ARNAQUE
C'est une ARNAQUE. L'application ne trouve aucun numéro, c'est complétement bidon!!!!!! J'avais payé 2,99€ pour un essai de 3 jours mais quelques minutes d'utlisation m'ont suffit pour voir la nullité du service. Après 3 jours, sans mon accord on m'a prelevé 39,99€. Arnaqueurs. C'est une application nulle et elle est entre les mains des personnes malhonnêtes. A FUIRE et A EVITER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if an actual business or a well disguised scam
I searched google for a way to geolocate my son's missing phone. This app was one of the 1st results. I paid 3$ and it did not provide a location of the missing phone. I wrote them immediately and asked to refund my payment, they replied they could not do this citing language in their terms and conditions. I then found out they had tried to charge me again, for 10$ and then 38$, repeatedly. Fortunately my credit card blocked the payments, however I had to replace my credit card, which did not help as the CC company moved their charges to the new card, but fortunately still blocks them. Eventually found out you can cancel subscription from their website, which I just did. Now remains to be seen if they will still try to charge me again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused with the App. The app requires that the lost device you’re trying to track has Geozilla pre-installed. Unfortunately, without this, tracking won’t be possible. We confirm that your subscription has been succesfully canceled. You will not receive further charges.

paying for a 3 day trial already after 2 days
I subscribed for 3 days on 16.8 for 2.99 euro and cancelled 18.8, so in time. They charged me however 39.99 starting on 18.8 . This is not correct: 3 days are 3 and not 2. Stay away from this company, pure theft!
