⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Gold Standard for Expats – GeoBlue Delivers When It Matters Most As a U.S. expat living in Mexico full-time, finding international health insurance that offers real peace of mind was non-negotiable for me. After extensive research, I chose GeoBlue through Brett La Mar at expatinsurance.com — and that decision turned out to be one of the most important (and best) choices I’ve made since moving abroad. Recently, I experienced a serious cardiac emergency that required immediate surgery at a private hospital in Mexico. Within hours, GeoBlue issued a direct payment guarantee — before I was even released from the hospital. The entire process was seamless, professional, and most importantly, fast. I didn’t pay a dime out of pocket for the procedure, which would’ve cost tens of thousands of dollars otherwise. One of GeoBlue’s greatest strengths is the unrestricted access to doctors and hospitals internationally. Outside the U.S., there are no network limitations — I’ve had full freedom to choose any provider I trust in Mexico and throughout the world. This flexibility is a huge advantage for global travelers or full-time expats. Another standout: claims submission is simple and digital, and my reimbursements have been processed in under 10 business days on average — fast, fair, and fully transparent. In the U.S., GeoBlue uses the Blue Cross Blue Shield network, giving me access to a vast network of top-tier providers while still allowing for out-of-network options when needed. That dual flexibility gives me complete confidence no matter where I am. I also can’t say enough about Brett La Mar, my insurance agent. He’s a rare gem — extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. He walked me through every detail of the policy and made sure I had a plan that covered all my concerns: ✔ Emergency care ✔ Direct pay capabilities ✔ U.S. and international coverage ✔ Pre-certification assistance ✔ Travel support ✔ Comprehensive preventative care options For anyone worried about the “what ifs” — unexpected emergencies, billing nightmares, provider restrictions, or getting stuck abroad without care — I can confidently say: GeoBlue answers the call. If you're an expat evaluating your options, don’t gamble with your health. GeoBlue is the real deal, and Brett La Mar is the agent you want in your corner. — A grateful and relieved U.S. expat in Mexico Cory Hill

Have used their Trekker plan for years. Have had claims and with proper documentation, they paid promptly and according to the policy description. I renew every year and even though I have had claims, they renew without exclusions.
