I guess I was expecting a larger discount by using "Chicks" as I follow them and hear about what a good product it is. I've heard about your product for years on Hannity too. So I just had my 71st birthday, so why not try it!!

I’m excited to try your products, but I would have liked the opportunity to choose the products that would best fit my needs. There was a product in the less expensive pkg I would have preferred over one or 2 of the products I will receive in the more expensive pkg. A “Build Your Own” choice would be a good offer.

I am not computer savy, so being able to ask questions of one of your employees via text was great and very helpful for me. I have never had that experience before. Keep it up! I can't wait to tell my friends about it also.

I think that you have good products, but having to buy a bundle is not always convenient....and I still don’t like having a choice but to chat to someone....I like to speak to a person...and also being put on auto-ship without having a choice is never good.

I have not received my order yet but when making my order I feel like the packages were very limited in what I could order. I really didn't want some of the products that came in the package but had no other choice because they were not sold separately.

Your web site is very confusing and it seems that there is more then one. I went on one site and received a totally different price with different free gifts. The other site was a different free offer and different pricing. Kinda weird.

I have been using chamonix/Genucel for years. I think it used to work. I am not so sure now. When I get my new packet I will start taking photos of myself to compare. Another thing I do not like is if there is one product in your packet you do not want or use they will not replace it unless you call. You can only call during the week. So what you should do Chamonix/Genucel is offer to make a substitution in the packet to replace what you don't want to get a 2nd one of what you do want. And it should be fine. As when I call they replace it and there is no difference in price. PLEASE make that option on the website. I have thought it is not working lately. I will get my packet and review within the next 3 weeks or so. I shall be back. Until then go Chamonix/Genucel and remember, change the WEBSITE options, it would give you less calls.
