You had no problem taking Mastercard for buying the entire kit but not for the sample kit. I am hoping the product is as good as you say because so far your word comes out of both sides of your mouth.

Have been using as instructed for a little more than a week, have seen no significant change in eye bags.

If your product is so great why is it that you can only keep your clients by roping them into a contract? I want to try the product because of a referral and since this is the only way to do it I will just cancel it as soon as I get it because I can’t afford it at this rate, but at least I’ll get to try it once. Too bad because if it works and I could buy it at my own rate I would buy it for life. And since I’m aggravated even if it works I’m not gonna tell anybody so that you don’t get any business off of me.

The product isn’t working for me at all the eye bags and jaw line show absolutely no improvement! I waited over $100 for this product that is overly commercialized by radio or wherever!

Package never got to me.

I had wanted to order for awhile, but was very put off by the order website. I especially did not appreciate being unable to see my invoice after step1. I lost confidence in your company and products. I thought there would be hidden charges because I could not see the invoice. I engaged your chat feature, and got no help there. I have been using another company's skincare products for a long time.....a "Dr," line...but the price and confusion of too many products forced me to find a new skincare line. I trusted the other company and always knew exactly what I was getting, and paying for. Your site appears too gimmicky, too full of cheap tricks, too flashy. I have ordered anyway....blindly....I will add to this review after I try the products for a while. Most of your clients are not spring chickens, and are not impressed with tricks and gimmicks. We are impressed with products that deliver, and will pay for them without hesitation if we trust the company and the products.

I started using these products three days ago and have not yet seen any results. Is there a time when I should start to see results ?

I had a hard time navigating the site and was unable as instructed to say I didn't want automatic recurring shipments which I do not want.
