I had to contact customer service by chat twice about my order that suppose to come in 3-5 days which ended up being 12 and no one could seem to tell my why. When I finally received my order it was completely wrong.

I never agreed to a 60 day renewal or…
I never agreed to a 60 day renewal or knowingly did... This is so deceptive and bad business .. I asked for a ONE time delivery and all the sudden get hit with a 160$ charge to my account.. DO NOT ORDER from these people... Not only are they deceptive, but have called me every 3 days asking if I want another order... Now why would they try to push me to buy more products knowing that I have supposedly agreed to a 60 day automatic order... So shady..

Received an email informing me that…FRAUDS!!
Received an email informing me that Genucel had given me a $50 coupon. When I went to order something and apply the $50 coupon, after I made purchase, only $30 showed as being deducted Called Gebucel customer help line THEY ARE FRAUDS! Did not get the full $50. Said then I wanted to cancel the order. Was told that Remer on line couldn't do it Someone would call me back in 24-48 hours IF they do I wilI also call my credit card and have transaction cancelled I will never shop Genucel again

It has been over a week since I placed my order and still no shipping notification or delivery of product. Very disappointing.

did not work for my skin.
I was so excited about using this product since so many of my radio personalities recommended it. Sorry to say I do not see any improvement in my skin and wrinkles and do not wish to receive any more orders. Will let you know how that goes. My over the counter products work better.
