Haven't had the product, but Parent company service is good.
UPDATE: I was reached by the parent company Chamonix- letting me know I'd been only to the Genucel promotional site. Those agents don't know much, but the parent company email response was awesome and helpful. I feel much better about the future of my experience and look forward to getting the products. I moved my rating from 2 stars to 4. It might be changed again to 5 if the products get here when they said and work well. Original Review: The chat helpers were barely helpful. They could not answer meaningful questions about the actual products being promoted which at first convinced me they were bots. There were issues with understanding what the packages offered vs what the agents told me, as well as specific info regarding how to obtain additional products that were not in packages. I had issues with the site that might not be normal, but they wasted a lot of my time. The only reason I'm still hopeful for the products being worth all this annoyance is that I've seen the products on Chicks on the Right. Might sound dumb, but I feel that if they promote Genucel, it's probably a great product line. I hope I'm right.

The products made it here in pretty…
The products made it here in pretty good time. They seem to be working, but it’s a lot more steps than I’m use to. I hope it keeps improving the circles around my eyes. I’m happy that this gives me two months of products and time to really evaluate it.
