The only reason for my 3 star is the fact that I ordered on my cell phone and I believe that the site could work better while using a phone rather than a computer.

Rush delivery
The package add said that there was a free upgrade to Rush delivery. No where during my process of my purchase did it mention upgrade to Rush delivery other than the package add. I also sent a message asking about that, and the response was that Rush delivery was not included. How disappointing, False advertising! I would like my purchase Rush Delivery. Please honor your add!

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. I didn’t need to be asked multiple times if I wanted to chat with someone about my order. Just wanted to look through the different package options to see what would would be fit me the most. After choosing to not talk to someone 3 times, I picked what I wanted and ordered. What would be nice is an email letting me know when I can expect my order. Thanks.

Order page was confusing
Order page was confusing, took me several repeat attempts to understand what I was ordering. ALSO: I bought this product because of Dan Bongino advertised it. Code DAN40 was supposed to get me $40 off my orderr. Only $30 was deducted. Please correct my billing amount asap.

Suggestions on HOW to use your products...
I am a new customer -- it remains to be seen if I'll find your product helpful. You are extremely weak in showing or telling individuals HOW to use your products. The "chat" lady told me one thing, another lady that I spoke to before ordering the products told me something completely different. I've wanted to use your products for years--I consider it a privilege to have placed an order. TEACH the people representing you HOW to use the products you sell. SHOW video clips of HOW to apply product and how much product to use. These practical ideas could improve your bottom line.
