I used a coupon code that was sent me to by genucel to my email and it was applied to my total before submitting the order. once I hit the submit button, it switched it to a different coupon with less savings. I have emailed customer service and will see what they do about it.

Received “upgraded package” with free gift included, thanks! The quick start card says to apply DFS first (which was not included) so I went onto the website and could not find It. I selected chat and they said “oh, that’s general instructions and you could use any serum like DFS or solo lift”. And can be found on “betterskintoday.com” not genuinely.com. Small, very small amount of product for $140 after 40% discount. Stay with quality product that you can buy at your local super market is my advice based on this. Thank you!

I completed the online order form with VISA card purchase information and inserted the - $40 coupon code. The net charge at your online order site came to $87. I approved and clicked through the purchase price button for the net price $87. After the order processed online, I received an email confirmation by Chamonix for "$97". As it turned out the higher amount also appeared on my credit card account. I tried calling customer service 800-754-6211 but no one ever answered me. I feel like I a victim of a bate-and-switch order experience. I am disabled with a small fixed income, so every dollar is essential to me to make ends meet. I wanted to treat myself to Chamonix. This situation is partially my fault BUT I did call and spoke to customer service and they did the opposite of what I asked them to do. So now I have a refund and cancellation on the wrong order.

response extremely slow and never got an online confirmation of my order please send a confirmation of the order and amount charged! i've been a loyal,and to this point, very satisfied. i even logged off -after 15 minutes - not knowing if my order had been lace at all!
