I expected to receive my product a lot sooner. I'm even filling out this review before I've even received it. I just received an email that I'll get it on Friday, March 16.

While customer service was OK, the Genucel product is a total scam. Ads claim miraculous improvement in bags and puffiness under eyes from just their basic products but DO NOT deliver. I used the products that supposedly addressed these problems - including "Immediate Effects" - for 12 days and - Nothing. When I called, I was told these took 4-6 Weeks, and what i REALLY needed for Real Immediate Effects, was Genu90. A total "Bait and Switch" operation. Hold onto your $$ and Run.

Have not yet received the product but am disappointed that one cannot order one specific product at a time. You are forced to purchase a package deal and commit to future product purchases. The website does not provide sufficient information about the directions and ingredients of each individual product. Why did I purchase it? Because I trust the person on the radio that endorsed the product. If it doesn't meet the expectations that the website and the person endorsing the product states, I will immediately cancel.

I'm interested in trying your product, but I do not like it when companies force you to sign up for continuing deliveries that you then have to stop if you don't like it. I heard about it on Hannity and it didn't sound like you had to sign up for ongoing orders.

Had trouble getting the discount code to work.

The first time I tried to order there was a pop-up giving me $20 off my order now and forever since I am a new customer, but it wouldn't let me actually fill in my information. So, I logged out and re-entered your website. That pop-up never appeared again, instead I was given just a one time $10.00 off offer.

What is discount code? No problem with the ordering process. I want to evaluate the QUALITY of the PRODUCT. I trust Sean Hannity, but I want to actually evaluate the product itself.

Wanted to use my first time $20 off coupon but couldn't. Don't like the autoship feature that isn't predominately explained. I was interested in trying the product for the first time only. I have not made a commitment to order it over and over again. So I will have to go through the process of cancelling it for the future, which in my experience is a royal pain.
