First time using Genucel By Chamonix
The shipment and purchase was fairly smooth. Quick shipping. I don't like being forced into a "club" or autoshipping though. I don't like that at all. I want the choice, being a first-time user. That's why the 3 stars. It would be a 5, otherwise. So far, the product is okay, but I haven't seen very significant changes after 5 days of morning and night application. BUT, I'm willing to admit it seems soon to expect a lot of change. I'll continue to use it, of course. Update: The product is very good. I won't rave about the undereye bag cream too much. There might be about a 25% improvement and I have used it for several weeks day and night with no makeup application over it. Eyelift cream feels nice. The overall face cream is good for texture of the skin. My skin looks a bit smoother. Fine lines have diminished maybe 30%. It is more effective than anything I've used OTC. I'll keep using it.

Heard plenty on how Genucel will reduce…
Heard plenty on how Genucel will reduce undereye puffiness. Decided to try the product. Disappointed in commitment to automatically renew every 2 months without providing instruction on how,to opt out.

I don't like being forced to do an auto…
I don't like being forced to do an auto renewal to get a discount. If my wife and I like your product I would order it again. We almost didn't even try your product because of it

Did not credit me with the $20 at…
Did not credit me with the $20 at confirmation as stated when subscribing to emails. Also, I don't like being forced into an auto renewal program. This is my first time to try the product and I will come back if it is worth it to me but to have to call and unsubscribe seems like a slick ploy to hook people that are not happy and forget to unsubscribe.

Only problem, the website offered me $10 off with 10OFF, I clicked it and it said I got it, but when I went to put the 10OFF in the discount code it would not accept it.
