After four months' use....
I have been using the full product line now for four months. I am 60+ years old. Fine lines are gone. Deep wrinkles are still apparent, but not nearly as deeply etched. "Turkey neck" is greatly lessened. Dark circles, which have been with me all my life, are greatly reduced but still a part of my face. I suspect they always be to some extent. Bags and puffiness are almost gone. Facial exercises help quite a bit and, if I would be consistent, would probably complete the "cure" as would drinking more water. ;-) Some former co-workers who hadn't seen me in 6 months commented on how great I looked when they saw me the day before yesterday. I've got way more product than I can use--I can't seem to make it all absorb into my face fast enough to use it on the autoship schedule. I talked to customer service about that; I may not be using it exactly right, which could affect my results as well.

I want to cancel and the 1 800 number is a big problem-cant get through on the line you are forced to sign up for monthly shipping do not want the product

Grateful Surprise - Hopeful Difference
Well after hearing ads on TV & Radio for months & months about how Genucel could help with under-eye bags and dark circles. I decided to give it a try. To my surprise they were giving a special on neck and chin cream in addition to your purchase. After 3 weeks I have NOT seen a big change in my eye condition but I have seen a change in the deep lines around my mouth and chin to my excitement! Hopefully with time my eyes will respond - even a little would be a grateful difference!

A little difficult to find specific cream.
I struggled with finding a all over face wrinkle cream. I think I found what I needed. Anxious to try them.
