Rotten bullies. I didn’t want a package. I wanted the eye serum. One month. Just let me go at my own pace and try it, but that wasn’t enough for you. Not friendly at all.

I was unable to place my order
I was unable to place my order. The website hung when I clicked to pay, and an error appeared (red exclamation point) without an explanation as to why the order did not process. I called Customer Service and was told that the "system was down" and to try in an hour. The Agent was very friendly and offered to call me back in an hour to see if I had success. I then tried to place the order on my mobile phone, and the same thing happened. Refreshing the website just splashed up a mess of HTML code. I understand that you may be overwhelmed with holiday orders, but it's rare these days for websites to be unperformant in this way. I think you need a better web support service!!!

I so wanted this product to be…
I so wanted this product to be everything I needed but after using it for a month, I can not see any difference in my face. It's not more hydrated, or have fewer wrinkles, or less fine lines. Disappointing.
