Have not received order yet

I was told your call center was busy and I would receive a call within an hour and then it changed to 24 hours. Needless to say I have not heard fron anyone. The reason for the call was to contest a line on the invoice that seemed to imply I had agreed to automatic renewal in 30 days. I specifically did NOT agree to automatic renewal. I will first use the product and then determine if I was to continue its use.

The product is okay, but not with the $'s. I tried to cancel the products being auto sent and could never speak to anyone to get the cancellation number. I would call and they would say their reps were busy and would have someone call in 24 hours. Three days later I would get the call. I was at work and was not able to take the call. Called back on my break to speak to the rep that left their number, only to be told they would call me back within 24 hours. I told therm that this was unacceptable and I wanted a cancellation number. I was continuously told I would have to wait 24 hours. I told them I was going to turn them in to the better business bureau. They proceeded to list all the forms I would need and that it was a very long process. I decided that if they knew the process so well, then they must be accustomed to unhappy customers. I was never able to speak to a rep to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of that program.

Too pushy!!! To sell pre packaged groups of product that I don't want, use or need. Ordering requires a commitment for automatic refills. That's real horse manure. They think they're selling heart medication that requires auto refills or you die.

placed an order on 2/12/18 for the valentines special to be delivered on 2/14/18. today is 2/16/18 and have not received the product. my confirmation # 3673359.

You advertise the product as Genucel and it’s basically just a dinky bottle of Genucel and a bunch of other products I don’t want. I will cancel after I receive my first shipment. False advertising!!

Well, I haven't had a chance to use it yet, as my order has not yet arrived. The order was supposed to arrive Friday, Jan. 26, and the tracking showed that it was in transit from Atlanta to Dawsonville, which is about 60 miles north of Atlanta. It is now Monday, Jan. 29, and the order has not been delivered. I am very disappointed!!!!

According to the radio infomercial if the order was placed within the next 20 minutes (which it was) then the order would arrive by Christmas, which it didn't.
