A pop-up appeared with a $20 coupon but I couldn't access it when I clicked on it. Nothing happened, so I didn't get the $20 coupon.

GOOD SERVICE???
I'm excited to try these products. Reviews make the product sound *****. I rated this 3 because I do not appreciate the every 2 month auto reorder. If I like the products I'll definitely want more but my experience with other companies is that these things just come too often and I'm spending $$$ unnecessarily. Yes, you can edit the order but it is time consuming and occasionally lots of rig-a-ma-role.

I couldn't remove items from shopping cart
I had a problem changing the final order in the cart from the default (more expensive) package to the basic package. I ended up reloading the screen and doing it over. Basically, I couldn't find a way to remove items from the order cart. If I WOULD NOT have been able to reload the screen and start over (which I didn't like but ok, it worked), I would have given up and wouldn't have placed my order. Slightly frustrating.

I would like the option for a one time purchase and then order more if I want to. I know you can cancel at anytime but wish I didn’t have to deal with that.

The first time I tried the process a popup 20% discount windown appeared and would not go away so I closeed my browser and came back 20-30 min later..... so my experience in ordering was not great. I don't know about the product yet.

Poor Customer Service
I don't like the fact they make it so hard to cancel with very limited access time of the seller. I was hoping to receive the order within a week, but I had to go on extended business trip to Asia and didn't receive the order for over a month. You make it difficult to cancel as you don't utilize emails?

Where was auto renew when I ordered?
I haven’t received the product yet, but what I don’t like is ordering and then finding out on your bill that it’s an auto renew in 60 days. Did I read this somewhere when I ordered and missed it?
