A company that sells a product with the…
A company that sells a product with the hitch that you are actually signing up for periodic delivery of the product, and the wordings are buried in small print, should be illegal.

Shady company
Shady company! Beware, products don't work and they send unordered products and charge your card. I have tried to interact with customer service but the rep I got was rude and talked over me telling me there are no refunds. I have filed bank fraud charges against them

When I realized this order included…
When I realized this order included automatic shipments (from an online review), I tried to contact the company to cancel my order to avoid any automatic shipments. I spoke by phone with someone who said she could only leave a message for someone to return my call. Neither she, nor the person for "live chat" could take any action. Why bother having someone to respond if they're unable to do anything?

It was deceptive. ONLY if I read the fine print did I learn that this order will AUTOMATICALLY REPEAT until canceled. Is your product so inferior that you have to TRICK people into re-ordering? We will try out the first shipment, and then, I suspect, cancel.

It is unacceptable to DEMAND a new…
It is unacceptable to DEMAND a new customer agree to "auto replenishment", without ever having the opportunity to try your product. Give us the opportunity to TRY and make a decision, but to force a decision for month-after-month charges, is really not the way to acquire new customers.
