Terrible site, choose window does not match checkout window so u don't get what u order and they would not answer my question about it. Not a site I would order anything on.

The product did nothing for me. I returned it and I am still waiting for my money back. Not impressed with the product or the customer service.

Site is hard to use. Also don’t like the automatic replenishing feature. You should let someone try it without a continual commitment that you have cancel.

11days and no delivery. Is your shipping as old as your customers? Where's my stuff?

They automatically billed me $174.00 and sent me a subsequent order without my request or authorization !

I wrote an unfavorable review of this product and they deleted it. After using the product for two weeks I saw no results. When i tried for 5 days to contact them to cancel any further shippments I finally had to block my card. Evertime I called they would tell me someone would call me back, no one ever did. I finally found a chat box on their site,after saying how frustrating it was trying to cancel, the tech said they would cancel future shipments. So be warned, if you want to stop being billed again, you will have to be persistent. AND it doesn't work as advertized.

I'm sorry to say that I was very disappointed with all of the products I purchased, and will not be purchasing any of them again. In particular, the Genucel Immediate Effects product that promises immediate results was most disappointing. Based on the advertising/marketing claims that it "quickly smooths away the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes," I expected to see "immediate results"; however, in my opinion, it merely feels like a moisturizer with absolutely no smoothing away the appearance of any wrinkles. I have used other products that promote immediate results, such as Instantly Ageless or Plexaderm, which both sometimes leave a residue, so when I saw Genucel advertised that it left no residue, I was excited to try it. True enough, there is no residue but there are also no immediate results/effects like the other products I've used. I will be asking for a refund.

Not only does the Genucel not work, it's expensive. In order to purchase the product you need to be automatically enrolled so they can charge you every month. When you try to cancel, the account you created to purchase the product magically stops working. This is not a one time error, I have been trying to log on to the account I created for 3 weeks. When you call and select the option to cancel, your call is automatically hung up on, or you're directed to an 'overflow' representative that refuses to help you in any way.
