I have been using Genucel for a few…
I have been using Genucel for a few weeks and have not noticed any improvement in my eye puffiness at all!! Needless to say I am very disappointed.

I don’t see a difference after one…
I don’t see a difference after one month. It is a nice face cream but I will be returning to Olay which is just as effective and smells better!

I disliked the immediate effects
I disliked the immediate effects It does not work well with makeup. I let it dry and then I put on foundation and it rubbed off and created flakes and small “booger” looking deposits on my under eyes It defeats the purpose of hiding bags if you can’t use foundation with it. Terrible waste of money.

Forced auto order not good
It was fine ordering, but I don’t want auto ship until I test the product and feel it works for me. You force a person to take auto order. I’m a senior citizen and may not want it every month. You need to change this policy.

Your website needs help
Your products may be great but your website needs help. It needs larger photos, and individual pages for all your products explaining the specific benefits and showing before/after photos, application/how to use videos, maybe testimonials. The pop-up explanations don't sell me. Also, I would have liked it better if I could configure an order tailored to my needs. Perhaps offer your clients the opportunity to purchase only the specific products they want, and offer discounts based on $$ spent along with special sale items. Additionally, where were all the prices for individual items? Finally, I'm not a fan of "subscribing" to automatic replenishment simply because I want to try a product. It seems like a shady way to sell more product, and makes me suspicious. If your products perform as well as described, I'll definitely be reordering. I found your website to place the initial order, I think I'll be able to find it to reorder.

Difficulty choosing products; I found it confusing
I’m looking forward to trying these products but found the process of choosing my products confusing; would prefer just check marking each desired product. It took me a while to figure out.

I do not appreciate being signed up for automatic renewals. That is my choice and although I appreciate info the final choice is mine.
