I personally dont like the fact that…
I personally dont like the fact that they force you into an automatic re order. I understand that I can contact them and cancel or modify the order but I might forget and that is exactly what they hope for.

You keep asking me to review
You keep asking me to review, but I haven't received the product. You promised 3 day delivery, but it has been 4. Not super happy with the process so far.

Incessant calling to buy more product
I purchase Genucel products August 16th 2019 Invoice #1272592A, Now they won't leave me alone and keep calling to get me to buy more product. I regret ever having purchased anything from this company. I get repeat calls from different employees wanting me to buy. I've had enough and customers should know they have no etiquette and keep calling. I wish I could get them to take me off their call list. They are almost as bad as the Robo calls I keep getting. Before you buy, Decide if you want to be pestered in the future.

Had four months to decide on black…
Had four months to decide on black under eye cream I purchased. After 3-1/2 months I asked for approval to return it as it didn't work. Everything was in good order until 10/23 when they reneged on 3 promises over the next 3 weeks . Even their 4th promise for refund was broken. Finally on the fourth "pinochio" promise, they told me a check was in the mail on 11/11 (not a credit card credit). When I finally got the check, it was dated 11/14 and mailed 11/15. My feeling ,...the only reason I got the check is because I contacted the BBB and Chamonix cherished their supposed A1 rating so they sent me the check, which I have deposited and hopefully will clear.
